Today's thrift store finds

Today was 50% off day.  I wish I would have remembered in the morning.  I was just piddling around the the house waiting to see my neighbor on TV. 

This is my favorite and it fits perfectly.

A queen fitted sheet for our bed.  I remember my Gma EJKH used to have this same set...

I had to change the bedding for Valentine's colors...

A pillowcase to make kitchen towels for St. Patrick's day.  I was just saying last week that I didn't have any shamrock fabric...

I'm not sure if I can bring myself to cut this up.  It's so sweet.  About a yard of vintage fabric to make kitchen towels for Easter...

A pretty light cover to replace the plain jane globe that was above the washer and dryer until I broke it a few years back.  This one is much thicker glass...

And another insulator for the fence...

A record for MDH...

One Irmi bookend.   It will be a gift for MLK if I can part with it...

A few Tupperware tumblers... one for HLEK.

Another Pyrex canister.  I never find these and we have found several in the past few months...

A Verde Square Flowers 475-B...

Today we went to two estate sales.  

MDH found a light exposure meter...

And a gas can...

I found a few Christmas ornaments...

This knee hugger elf is missing his hat, but I like him even though he is bald...

The angels have such sweet faces...

So does the baby and bunny in the cradle...

MDH made a wind chime out of an old Fisher price xylophone. 

And I strung some more beads for the window...
