9-13-13 to 9-15-13
First I painted the blue bathroom
before...
after...
And painted under the bar...
Next, a new light cover for the closet from the thrift store. The one that used to be there disappeared.
Then I pulled out the sewing machine to hem the curtains for the slider...
I didn't have the hardware to hang these, but the curtains are ready to go...
and in my bedroom...
The front bed was covered in clover & weeds from all of the rain, so I pulled it out...
and I came across this yellow mushroom:)
Then painted the trim around the front door and window...
I had to skip this one. I could not get to the window because I couldn't put the ladder on a pile of rocks>:(
This makes me so angry. I'll probably complain about it forever. VOW was supposed to move the rocks back where they came from. I'm not holding my breath for that one. I would like to have a few tons of rock dumped in a big pile in his yard and see how he likes it.
So I moved around to the back patio...
Then to the back yard. They were in way worse shape, and had to be sanded first. There was bare wood in places.
I did not finish the second one as it was getting dark, and I can't move the giant cactus by myself.
I still have the kitchen window to do too...
Last was painting the purple bedroom.

We still have to put quarter round around the baseboards. It used to be there but it disappeared.
The doors to the closet also disappeared. Hopefully we can find some at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore.
There is still so much to do, but it's getting there:)
