Squash Casserole

For Judy...

From the kitchen of EJKH &DM

• 2 cups diced sliced steamed yellow squash
• 1 small onion grated or diced really small
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers (plus more for topping)
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1/2 cup melted margarine 
• 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
• salt & pepper to taste 

Mix all ingredients and pour into greased baking dish.  Top with extra crushed Ritz crackers.

Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until top is brown.

Thrifted Kromex canisters

I love these Kromex canisters that I found @ the Salvation Army for $2.

The largest one was missing the lid and

The smallest one is being used in the bathroom for storage because it was missing the lid.

these get a lot of use so they stay on the kitchen counter...

these stay on the bookshelf because they don't get used as much

& the gravy boat seldom gets used

divided dishes don't get used very often either...

this turquoise snowflake gets used all of the time for Bisquick cheese bread:)
